No worries, reimbursements just got a little easier — no need to print a fax cover sheet and submit expenses that way. As of July 20, TASC’s online reimbursement wizard and mobile apps will allow uploading of receipts. Easy. From TASC:
FlexSystem Participants will soon have the ability to upload receipts online
TASC is pleased to announce an upgrade to the online FlexSystem Request for Reimbursement Form in MyTASC. This handy online request form makes the claims submittal process much easier, faster, and more accurate than hand-written forms. And with new functionality (effective July 20), Participants will be able upload receipts online at their convenience—no more faxing or mailing Veriflex Coversheets!
With this new feature, FlexSystem Participants will have two easy ways to submit requests for reimbursementalong with substantiation in one simple action: the MyTASC Request for Reimbursement Wizard and the MyTASC Mobile App (for Apple and Android devices). Either way, it takes only a minute to submit a complete claim from start to finish.
What if a Participant has previously submitted a request for reimbursement that needs substantiation? The Participant can submit their receipt online! Login to MyTASC, go to Account Management and click the Reimbursement tab. Scroll down to the Submitted RFR section and click Upload Receipt. Attach scanned substantiation, and their job is complete.
